Who We Are

Liz Radel Freeman, MPH, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of NorthStar Data Partners. She brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex public health research and evaluation projects across Minnesota and the nation. Her work focuses on helping stakeholders use data to inform decision-making and ensure limited public resources are used wisely and effectively.

Liz has extensive experience designing and leading evaluations that turn complex information into practical insights for action. She is equally at home collecting data in the community, presenting findings at conferences, and giving back to the communities she serves.
